Gene,

My 8-year old daughter is a huge fan of you, your family and KISS. Over the past four years she has had the opportunity to meet you on a few occasions in Phoenix and Las Vegas.

I wanted to thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to always make Bailey feel special. She looks up to you and your family as well as the rest of the band. In today's world there are not many "rock stars" that I would be comfortable with my daughter looking up to. You, Paul, Tommy and Eric are the exception to the rule. In every instance she has met you, or any other member of the KISS Family, everyone has been so kind to her. When KISS or any member of KISS comes to town, I put life on hold so she can meet you guys. She is so proud to go to school and share her photos and stories with her friends.

You've touched many people lives, but I want to thank you most of all for always treating my little girl with the best of everything you have. I truly appreciate it, and respect you for what you have done for her.

Thanks again,

Michael

Dear Mr. Greedy Old Man Version of Gene Simmons!

It has come to my knowledge that you are now selling your instruments/snaredrums/drumsticks used on shows. Don't you think that's a little bit too much?

Josef

RESPONSE FROM GENE:

No. I don't.

Fans asked me for years. Now I'm doing as they requested.

Sir;

I recently saw your tribute to the military on Youtube. I was quite impressed, as a 21 year Navy retiree, it brought a tear to my eye seeing those young people having so much fun. Thanks for all you do.

Respectfully,

Cory

Dear Gene,

On Monday, August 6, I was in San Antonio attending a teacher economics workshop at the Dallas Branch Federal Reserve Bank. On my way to dinner on the Riverwalk, I saw you at a table at a restaurant with two other gentlemen. My mouth must have been hanging open, and I must have appeared totally rude staring at you. For that, I apologize - I could not believe that I saw you. I did not stop to disturb you in any way as I respect your privacy. I poked my teacher colleague and said I just saw Gene Simmons of KISS. I expected my colleague to say, no way. Instead I was told (I know I was the last one to know) that you were in town doing a concert and had donated a guitar that day to the Hard Rock Cafe near where I saw you and next door to where I had dinner. By the way, I think you are even more handsome in person than on TV.

Congratulations on your marriage to Shannon. Also, I caught Shannon and Sophie on HSN presenting their jewelry line. You have a talented family as well. I have enjoyed watching Gene Simmons Family Jewels. My warmest regards to you and your family.

Seeing you made my day!

Take care, your fan,

Jo Ann

Mr. Simmons:

You are an admirable, astounding businessman and role model. Nothing you do not already know.

It is not my intent to stroke your ego !!

For what it is worth, I wanted to share an appreciation re: your and Shannon’s value of family. Sophie and Nick seem lovely.

I especially want to acknowledge the adoration and love you display towards Mother. My children do the same for me, as my Husband does towards his Mother. None of us Moms walk on water, however, yours might be close.

I wanted to share my thoughts and highest regard to your character – the respect you show your family and Mother . . .a strong woman and Auschwitz survivor. And, we think life is tough today !! AND she raised you !!

Cheers, and Godspeed.

Respectfully,

Amy

Hi Gene

I'm confused as to whether you are involved with the film Spinning Gold, The Neil Bogart Story. I thought it was announced about a year ago but I didn't see your name attached to it and have not seen any production news since. If it gets made, I sure would like to know that KISS is treated fairly in it, and that people see that Neil helped your career but was also lucky to sign you.

A big fan,

Chris

RESPONSE FROM GENE:

It is true that at one point I was producing the Neil Bogart story at Paramount. We were interested in Mike Myers for the role. It then went back to development.

The Neil Bogart story is in the hands of the Bogart family.

I watched the you tube video of you performing the old Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine songs on a trip to Iraq and I loved it. When all of you sang God Bless America you made me cry. Guy's like you help me feel pride in our generation.

You are a great American!

Bev

I have been a KISS fan since I watched them perform on the Mike Douglas Show on my grandmothers black and white television set back in 1974. From that day up to today...I have always been a Gene Simmons fan! Over the past 40 years, my KISS collection continued to grow to the point I now have over 2100 items...and now...my collection has its crown jewel (or Family Jewel I should say!)...a stage played Gene Simmons AXE Bass!!!!

If you are a fan, and you know you are! This is a must. The chance to get such a rare piece of KISSTORY specially prepared and played for you, live on stage, is a true once in a lifetime opportunity. What sets this incredible item above all else is the world class experience provided by Paul Hayeland and Billy Wapshott! From the initial phone call with Paul, all the way to the end of the experience...the word perfect does not do it justice! As fans we all know that Gene will not settle for anything less than 100% perfection and satisfaction...no wonder he has Paul and Billy making these dreams come true!

My wife and I had the chance to meet Gene prior to the show on his tour bus one on one. I could not believe how much time he spent with us. Gene was incredibly gracious and took all the time he had to sign some items, pose for photos and share in some terrific discussion. Prior to the show starting we then had the chance to meet The Demon! There he was in full make up ready to rock my autographed AXE! It was just unreal to be in the audience watching Gene rock so many songs, spit blood, fly to the rafters and breath fire...with MY AXE!

Having the guitar handed to me immediately after a show only Gene can deliver just sealed it for me. The only thing left out for me is when do I get to do it with The Punisher! Thanks so much Gene, Paul and Billy for an incredible event! I will never forget it.

Steve

Gene,

I understand you are very busy, so I will keep this short.

I want to thank you for being such a wonderful person. The things you do for other people and how heartfelt you are really inspires me. I wish I could touch people in the ways you have. With the veterans and going to Africa. I just want to thank you. For being so inspiring.

You make your fans proud.

-Shelby

To Gene...

Your 'Family Jewels' series is currently airing in my country Australia and I will say that I am enjoying the experience of 'getting to know you' However I am a little confused by the diversity in your values Gene...perhaps you could explain to me why your family principles are so like Jewish and Christian values, yet your on stage persona is nothing short of evil. I take most of your demon driven comments with a grain of salt as I think you and your family are amusing and entertaining. I see and hear your total respect for your mother then in the next breath you are in the 'ugly' zone. I guess people will do anything for money. I just hope it doesn't end up biting you on the rear end. I am not overly religious, but I have deep faith...and I am totally gob smacked by your changing persona.

Cheers,

Gerarda

Gene,

Let me take a moment to tell you how awe-struck that I am watching your show Gene Simmons Family Jewels since 2006 to present. I take my Kindle Fire to work so that I can catch up on your shows at my 1 hour lunch break, which means I can watch at least 3 shows.

Your work ethic alone can only be an inspiration to everyone in the world !! Its great to see how focused you are on your family. You, Shannon, Nicholas, and Sophie are so much fun to watch. Your entire family are focused on giving back to the community. You are all so kind, considerate, and generous!

May I say on a personal note, if I were a groupie back in the day, I'd want to be with you too! I am in love with the real and original Gene Simmons and your family. Keep up the excellent work and I will see you at the Jones Beach Concert in September, 2012.

If you can respond that would be great.....it would make my world, my life, happier.

Rosemary
