Robert Roll Tide Reeves, Iraq War veteran, has shared a heartwarming story about KISS bassist Gene Simmons on Twitter. He told how Gene supported him when he was fighting in Kirkuk Iraq.

Robert wrote:

“Mr. Simmons, in 2007 I wrote you and asked for autographed photos for my troops and wounded troops in the CASH in Kirkuk Iraq.

Withing two weeks you sent me 40 of various pictures. Thank you for your support. Those pictures were passed out and everyone thought you were Incredible.”
